Refund & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. Each unit is custom-made or sourced based on your specifications, so all sales are final.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed all product details, images, and descriptions and agree that slight variations in colour, tone, and texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the custom nature of our products.


However, if It Girl Units makes an error with your order, we will offer a replacement or repair within 14 days—but only if the item is returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging).


Returns & Eligibility


Returns are only accepted in cases where an order is incorrect due to our mistake. To qualify:

The unit must be unused, unaltered, with all original packaging and tags intact.

You must provide proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, email us at itgirlbeautyc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Custom-made wigs

Measurements, density are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each unit.

Custom-colored wigs 

Please note that custom colouring is a handcrafted process. Exact colour replication cannot be guaranteed, and minor variations are not considered defects.

Ready-to-ship wigs

Any hair products that have been worn, styled, or altered

Services (wig customization, styling, etc.)


Additionally, all sale items and gift cards are final sale.


Exchanges


We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible for a return due to an error on our part, you may receive a replacement or store credit.


Refunds


Refunds are only issued in rare cases where an order cannot be replaced. Personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with style, colour, or fit does not qualify as a fault.If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
