Once your order is placed, we will begin processing it within 24 hours.

Wigs, bundles, frontals & closures (not in stock): Take 5-7 days to be shipped, as they come fully customized and ready to wear/install.

If you are picking up your order, you will receive an email or SMS notification when your wig is ready for pickup.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): Free on all orders.

Express Shipping (1-3 business days): $15.

Once your order has been dispatched, It Girl Units is not responsible for lost or missing packages. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact AusPost directly.
